2. OUR SERVICES
We specialize in car window tinting and mobile installation at your location using high-quality window films. Services are subject to availability and appointment confirmation.
3. BOOKINGS
Appointments are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and location details. Incorrect information may require rescheduling.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide a safe and accessible working area, ensure the vehicle is reasonably clean, and remove personal belongings if necessary.
5. MOBILE SERVICE
Our technicians come to your location. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. FILM INSTALLATION
Newly installed tint may show slight haze or small water pockets during the curing period. This is normal and usually disappears within several days depending on weather.
7. WARRANTY
Our warranty covers peeling, bubbling, adhesive failure, discoloration, and manufacturing defects. Warranty period varies by film type.
8. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Accidents, scratches, glass breakage, misuse, vandalism, improper cleaning, chemical damage, or any alterations made by third parties.
9. LEGAL TINT COMPLIANCE
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected tint complies with UAE laws and regulations applicable to their vehicle.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TADLEEL is not liable for pre-existing damage, factory defects, electronic malfunctions, or any indirect or consequential losses.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, logos, images, and materials are the property of TADLEEL. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Warranty Claims

Non-refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, wrong package selected, improper care, damage by third parties, or misuse.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
